As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. We'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.

She was very instrumental in our process from the start. My kids initially fell in love with her, so we chose to go with her. A week later we were out looking at the homes we picked, and she was with us every step of the way. Once that was done, we went into staging our home for the process of selling and her photography did an amazing job, taking pictures of our home and they made sure that our home felt like a home ready to move into. She made sure that we had all deficiencies/repairs done before taking any photos. Our home went on the market and within 12 hours we had potential buyers lined up to come see our home. By the sixth day, we had a buyer thanks to Avery, and her hard work and great line of communication. We sold our home within ten days of it hitting the market.
